Weather in Lake Placid in early-mid April can be highly variable. Average temperatures are in the 50s (°F) during the day and 20s (°F) at night. Daily temperatures can range anywhere in between and snow is possible, so it is important to pack appropriate clothes for varying weather if you plan to explore the surrounding areas.
